Equipped with an enlarged flange surface, which evenly distributes the pressure and prevents the thin plate from collapsing. No need for additional washers.
(2)Three raised platforms, precise positioning
The bottom surface of the flange has three 120°-angled welding protrusions, which automatically align and prevent displacement.
(3)Permanent anti-loosening
After welding, the Flanged hex weld nut and the base material become an integral part. Under vibration and impact conditions, it will never loosen.
(4)Full range of strength grades (4.8 - 10.9 grades)
Low carbon steel (4.8/6.8 grades), medium carbon/alloy steel (8.8/10.9 grades), stainless steel (A2-70/A4-70) are available as options. Strength can be matched as per requirements, from household appliances to heavy truck chassis.
(5)A wide range of corrosion-resistant solutions are available:
Electro-galvanizing (48-120 hours salt spray), hot-dip galvanizing (500 hours+), Dacromet (1000 hours+), stainless steel in its natural color (304/316), etc. Suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas, chemical plants, and outdoor locations.
(6)Single-sided assembly, no tools needed on the backside
The nuts have been welded onto the workpiece. Just tighten the bolts from one side, without the need to use a wrench to fix them on the backside. Especially suitable for narrow spaces such as closed boxes and interior cavities of the vehicle body.
(7)Suitable for large-scale automated production
Cold heading forming + threading, with good dimensional consistency; combined with automatic feeding vibration disc and resistance spot welding machine, the single-piece fastening cost is much lower than the "nut + washer" solution.
