Constructed with high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy steel materials based on functional requirements, its main body is made of 45# steel (round anchor head) or 40cr steel (flat anchor head) for excellent tensile bearing capacity, while the core wedge part adopts 20crmnti alloy steel, split into 2 or 3 pieces to maximize gripping force. For outdoor, humid or corrosive working conditions, we offer stainless steel, galvanized steel versions and matte powder coating surface treatment; chrome plating is optional for marine and chemical areas, all processes focus on corrosion and wear resistance to extend service life, with no decorative processing added. Rubber or silicone accessories are fitted on clamping parts to further enhance grip, and the matched weatherproof paracord (if included) can bear a static weight of up to 550lbs.
