DIN 580 Eye Bolts is the internationally recognized core standard for lifting ring bolts. It has the following core advantages:
(1)Overall forging: The internal structure is dense with no pores, and the fatigue strength is increased by more than 200%.
(2)High safety factor: The test load is 2.5 times the working load, the minimum breaking load is 4 times the rated load, and it passes 20,000 fatigue tests under 1.5 times the working load.
International standard certification: Strictly compliant with the latest version of DIN 580 standard, (3)globally applicable, with reliable quality.
Wide range of specifications: The DIN 580 Eye Bolts sizes range from M6 to M100, and the load capacity ranges from 80 kg to over 36 tons, meeting the diverse needs from small equipment to large-scale projects.
The structure of the DIN 580 Eye Bolts is an integrated forged device specifically designed to withstand axial lifting. It consists of a threaded rod and a circular head as the connection point.
(1)Shaft: This is the part that connects to the equipment or the workpiece. It is usually designed with full threads, and the thread tolerance is 6g. During installation, it must be fully screwed in and closely adhere to the contact surface to ensure that the load can be effectively transmitted.
(2)Ring Head (Ring / Eye): Used for connecting hooks, shackles or ropes. The head design is intended to evenly distribute stress through its geometric shape.
(1)Integrated forging: The DIN 580 Eye Bolts are manufactured through Drop Forging. The internal metal structure is dense and defect-free, providing excellent strength and fatigue resistance.
(2)Clear working load information: The product surface must clearly indicate its working load limit (WLL), CE mark, and manufacturer's name, etc.
(3)Strict operating temperature range: The standard specifies that it can be safely used within the temperature range of -20°C to +200°C, and the load capacity is not affected.
