The after-sales service for Xiaoguo® Prestressed Concrete Gripper Wedge is in line with regular industrial fastener standards. If you find quality problems with the products after receiving them—like size mismatches caused by production errors, or surface damage that’s not from transportation—you first need to provide your order number, delivery note and photos of the faulty products.

We’ll check the issue with our production and QC departments within 3 working days. If we confirm the problem is our responsibility, we can either send replacement products for free or deduct the relevant amount from your next order. For problems caused by improper use or transportation damage, we don’t offer free after-sales services, but we can provide technical guidance or supply replacement products at cost price.

We keep the production and inspection records of each batch for 3 years, which can be used for traceability when after-sales issues come up. Our after-sales response time might be a bit longer during holidays, and we’ll inform you of this in advance.

Product transportation costs

The shipping cost of Xiaoguo® Prestressed Concrete Gripper Wedge is determined by a few factors: order quantity, shipping method and delivery destination. For small orders or sample shipments, we usually use international couriers like DHL, FedEx or UPS. The cost is calculated by the actual weight and volume of the package, and we’ll send you a detailed quote before we ship the goods out. You can pay the shipping cost together with the product payment, or pay it directly to the courier when you receive the goods—whichever works for you.

For bulk orders, sea shipping is more cost-saving, and the cost is calculated based on container size or the bulk weight of the goods. If your order amount hits the certain threshold we’ve set, we can cover part or all of the shipping cost. We’ll compare prices from different logistics companies to get you a more budget-friendly shipping option.

Note that the shipping cost doesn’t include customs duties and taxes in your country, and these fees need to be paid by you in accordance with local rules and regulations.

Q: Does the surface treatment fade or peel off after long-term use?

The surface treatment (zinc plating or passivation) won’t fade or peel easily under normal use. It may wear slightly after frequent disassembly, but this doesn’t affect grip performance. For humid environments, passivation treatment enhances durability. Avoid harsh chemicals that may corrode the surface. Regular cleaning with a dry cloth helps maintain it.
