Grip Fast Wedges

Main structure

Grip Fast Wedges is usually made of high-strength alloy steel and together with anchor plate, anchor pad plate and spiral reinforcement forms a complete anchoring system. Depending on the different clamping structure, it is mainly divided into two basic structures: two-piece type (working wedge block, disposable) and three-piece type (clamping wedge block, reusable), which can be flexibly selected to adapt to different anchoring scenarios.

（1）Blade body

The Grip Fast Wedges is composed of two or three separate wedge-shaped metal blocks, in the form of a conical arc shape.

When combined along the circumference, they form a complete conical sleeve that holds the steel strand

（2）Internal teeth / internal threads

The inner surface of the clip is machined with fine circumferential teeth or spiral threads

Embedded on the surface of the steel strand, it creates mechanical interlocking to prevent slippage

（3）Outer conical surface

The outer surface of the clip is a conical shape, with the cone angle typically ranging from 6° to 7° (typically 6°55′)

It cooperates with the conical hole of the anchor plate to achieve self-locking anchoring

（4）Spring coil (or elastic element)

The ring-shaped spring located at the large end or middle of the clip (common in the three-piece type)

It keeps the clip open when no force is applied, facilitating the insertion of the steel cable.

（5）Large end flange

The outer diameter of the clip plate is slightly larger than the large end diameter of the anchor plate's conical hole

Prevents the clip plate from over-inserting, facilitating installation and disassembly

Packaging method

We usually adopt "paper box/crate + wooden box" as the standard for Grip Fast Wedges packaging, aiming to ensure that the products remain intact during harsh maritime transportation and construction site conditions.

（1）Standard export packaging: Follows the combination of "VCI rust-proof bags + paper boxes + export fumigated wooden cases + pallets"

（2）Emergency or small quantity goods: When the order quantity is small or the time is tight, the combination of "rust-proof paper + high-strength export corrugated cartons" can be used to provide additional cushioning.

（3）Brand retail packaging: For Grip Fast Wedges that need to enter the distribution channels, we use color-printed cardboard boxes with the brand logo and product parameters printed on them, and then pack them into outer boxes.

（4）Customized packaging: This includes paper boxes with the logo, customized wooden box sizes, special wrapping methods for pallets, etc. The minimum order quantity is usually over 200 pieces.
