How to make a choice

（2）Material: Is it suitable for humid and corrosive environments? Is stainless steel or special surface treatment (such as hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet) required?

（3）Strength: Is the pipeline capable of withstanding a large load? Is there any vibration or shock? Have the performance grades (such as 8.8, 10.9 grades) been selected correctly?

（4）Standard: Does the product comply with international or domestic standards such as JB/ZQ 4321 and DIN 3570?

（1）Which material of pipe U bolts should be chosen for use in outdoor/sea areas/chemical plants?

For indoor or dry environments, carbon steel U-bolts treated with electro-galvanizing or blackening offer the best cost-effectiveness.

For outdoor environments that are damp or have mild corrosion, carbon steel treated with hot-dip galvanizing is the standard choice.

If you are in a highly corrosive environment such as near the coast or in a chemical plant, we highly recommend stainless steel U-bolts (such as 304 or 316L).

（2）We can provide the drawings. Could you manufacture them according to our drawings?

Absolutely. We accept OEM custom orders. You just need to provide the drawings (in PDF or DWG format) or samples, and we can carry out the customized production.
