        The Standard Internal Tooth Lock Washers is a type of anti-loosening washer, with inwardly-arranged tooth-like structures on its surface. Its shape is a thin metal ring, with a sharp tooth ring in the middle and a smooth and flat outer circle. When tightening the screw, these teeth will embed into the screw head and the surface of the equipment component, relying on the frictional force and the bite force to prevent the screw from loosening. In simple terms, an "lock" is added between the screw head and the surface of the equipment component, preventing the screw from loosening during the operation of the equipment due to the high vibration frequency.

        Working principle

        The working principle of the Standard Internal Tooth Lock Washers Joint is actually quite simple. It mainly relies on two functions: "teeth engaging + elastic pressure" to prevent loosening.
