The Double Fold Wedge Lock Washer is an advanced and high-performance anti-loosening fastener. It utilizes a unique wedge locking technology instead of the traditional method that relies on friction. It adopts a double-layer folded wedge structure, with serrated surfaces on both sides. In fact, it is composed of a pair (two pieces) of exactly identical washers. The unique structure of each washer is the key to achieving its outstanding anti-loosening performance.
The core structural feature of the Double Fold Wedge Lock Washer lies in its design of two gaskets, with the inner and outer surfaces respectively performing the functions of locking and fixation.
(1)Paired Washer
Two identical gaskets are combined to form a set. This design breaks away from the traditional single-piece form. The two gaskets are pre-assembled during production to form a locking system. This symmetrical design can be reused and will not damage the gaskets when disassembled.
(2)Radial raised surface
These raised patterns are the side of the Double Fold Wedge Lock Washer that comes into direct contact with the head of the nut, bolt, or the surface of the connected component. The surface features fine radial raised patterns/denticles. They mainly serve to fix the Double Fold Wedge Lock Washer to this surface, "locking" it in place and preventing any sliding between them.
(3)Triangular tooth surface
This is the mating surface on the opposite side of the gasket. The inner surface is composed of wedge-shaped tooth surfaces evenly distributed along the circumference, resembling a cam and is also known as "wedge-shaped teeth" or "inclined tooth surfaces".

Yes, it can be reused several times. Its locking performance will not drop easily after repeated disassembly and assembly.
(2)What materials do you supply?
We have spring steel, carbon steel and stainless steel versions. Surface treatments include zinc plating, hot dip galvanized and black oxide.
(3)What is the advantage compared with ordinary split lock washer?
Much better vibration resistance, stronger locking effect, not easy to fatigue and deform, more suitable for heavy load and high vibration occasions.
