Putting Precision-Engineered Two-fold self-locking washers in right is key for them to work well. They should always go straight under the part that spins—the nut or the bolt head. The side with little ridges faces down against the joint surface, and the side with the tabs or sloped parts faces up towards the fastener.Tighten the parts to the recommended torque to bend the tab to the appropriate degree so that it can be locked firmly. Also, remember that if the two-fold self-locking washers are installed in the wrong position, it will be the same as not being installed at all and will not play any fixing role.
