With 9 years development, our main products are die spring, compression spring, extension spring, torsion spring, disc spring, gas spring.Xiaoguo® Laminar Seal Rings are metallic labyrinth seal consisting of multiple rings in a groove.The arrangement and the specific orientation of the rings are dictated by the application and the severity of the environment. There are 16 series of standard imperial and Metric Laminar Seal Rings configurations from which to select, 8 of these series are sets consisting of single-turn rings. The other 8 series are sets consisting of double-turn rings. Within each series are operational ring-set configurations in both imperial and metric sizes.The selection of the appropriate set should be determined by the application for some applications a complete labyrinth configuration is necessary due to a severe environment where contamination is highly probable. In other applications design engineers can keep the groove dimensions minimal by specifying laminar sets with rings clinging either to the bore or to the shaft.

When excessive contaminants are present in the environment or the application requires additional protection, Laminar Seal Rings  can be combined to create an additional sealing layer. This application doubles the retainer configuration by incorporating a second set of retaining rings in the secondary groove. To further enhance the seal, a third retaining ring was added to create a multi-layer labyrinth seal.

The Laminar Seal Rings  configuration in this unit has been custom-designed to maximize the prevention of contaminant ingress. The gas builds up pressure in the center chamber, preventing contaminants from entering from either end. This design ensures that the gas remains clean as it enters and exits the center chamber.
