The materials of Flat Washer Stainless Steel mainly include different grades such as 304, 316, and 410 stainless steel. The main differences among them lie in their corrosion resistance, strength, and magnetism, and they are suitable for different working environments.

（1）304 stainless steel

Features: Excellent comprehensive performance, with good corrosion resistance, processing formability and weldability, and being economically practical. It has no magnetism in the solid solution state, but may develop weak magnetism after cold processing.

Limitations: It is prone to pitting corrosion or crevice corrosion in marine environments or in high-concentration chloride ion (such as salt water) environments.

（2）316 stainless steel

Features: Due to the presence of molybdenum, its corrosion resistance, especially in terms of resistance to chloride point corrosion and acid-base resistance, is significantly superior to that of 304, and its high-temperature strength is also higher.

Limitations: It also has weak magnetism.

（3）410 Stainless Steel

Features: Exhibits excellent strength and wear resistance, can achieve high hardness through heat treatment, and has a low cost.

Limitations: Has magnetism, but limited corrosion resistance, not suitable for humid or saltwater environments.
