The flat washers themselves do not have an active anti-loosening function. If anti-vibration and anti-loosening are required, they need to be combined with spring washers, serrated locking washers, or use nylon anti-loosening nuts or apply thread locking adhesive.

（2）Do you provide a material test certificate (MTC) with each shipment?

Yes. For each shipment, we default to providing the factory material certificate.

（3）How are the Stainless Steel Plain Washers packaged for export?

The inner packaging consists of plastic bags and paper boxes, while the outer packaging is in accordance with export standards - cardboard boxes and pallets.

（4）Can I get a sample for testing?
