Product Description

The most common materials for a reliable expanding rivet clips are glass-reinforced Nylon 6/6 and Acetal Copolymer (POM). The Nylon 6/6 is stronger and handles heat better. The POM keeps its shape well, doesn’t rub much, and holds up to repeated use without wearing out.

Maintenance

Maintaining expanding rivet clips is simple. Made of corrosion-resistant plastic, they won't rust, eliminating the need for anti-rust agents or oils. Before use, inspect them for damage, such as cracking, deformation, or brittleness or whitening from prolonged exposure to sunlight. Replacement is easy; no special tools are required. Simply pull out the old clip by the legs and replace it with a new one. Easy to use. Check the condition of the rivet clip regularly and replace it promptly.
