(1)Single-use

(2)Not suitable for equipment that is frequently disassembled and assembled.
Each maintenance requires replacing new washer, which increases procurement costs.
(3)The workpiece needs to provide fixed points.
The long ears must be bent into the slot or clamped to the edge.
(4)During the bending operation, the ear piece may be damaged.
If the operation is improper, cracks or even fractures may occur at the root of the ear piece, resulting in the failure of locking.
(5)Not suitable for bolts that are too large or too small.
For M3 size, it is too small and the ear piece is difficult to operate; for sizes above M45, there are too few standard products, increasing the customization cost.
(6)The appearance is not aesthetically pleasing.
After bending, the ear pieces are exposed and have irregular shapes, which are not suitable for consumer products that have requirements for appearance.
