Product warranty period

(1)No charges will be made within the scope of the warranty service.

We will process the claim within 3 working days after confirmation, and arrange free replacements or reasonable compensation. We don’t delay after-sales service or use complicated application steps, keeping the whole process simple and efficient for daily business needs.

Product Packaging and Shipping
