(1)Common Surface Treatment Types
Nylon Insert Locking Nut uses several regular surface treatment options for daily industrial use, no special or high-end custom treatments. The most common one is zinc plating, which is the standard choice for most bulk orders, providing basic rust and corrosion resistance for daily indoor and mild outdoor use. This treatment is low-cost and practical, matching the daily assembly needs of most machinery and hardware projects.

(2)Other Optional Surface Finishes
Besides regular zinc plating, we also offer plain finish (no extra coating) and black oxide treatment for specific use scenes. Plain finish nuts have no surface coating, suitable for short-term use or non-corrosive indoor environments, with a simpler production process. Black oxide treatment gives a matte black surface, with slightly better rust resistance than plain finish, but still only fits normal dry environments, not harsh corrosive conditions.
(3)Surface Treatment Notes
All surface treatments are only for basic anti-rust and anti-corrosion under normal use, not for long-term exposure to water, chemicals or strong humidity. The nylon insert part will not be coated during treatment, to avoid affecting its locking performance. Each batch goes through a simple check to ensure even coating, no missing spots or peeling issues before packaging. These treatments follow standard industrial practices, no extra decorative or enhanced processing added.

(1)Basic Customization Scope
Nylon Insert Locking Nut supports regular customized options for industrial and commercial use, no complex or high-difficulty custom services provided. We mainly accept custom orders for non-standard thread sizes, special thickness dimensions, and specific surface treatment, based on customers’ actual assembly and equipment needs. All custom requests are limited to conventional fastener parameters, no special shape or structural changes that need extra mold development.
(2)Order Requirements & Lead Time
Custom orders have a minimum order quantity rule, small-batch custom requests are not accepted to ensure normal production efficiency. Customers need to provide clear dimension drawings or detailed parameter requirements when placing an order, and we will confirm the feasibility and production lead time within 2 working days. Regular custom orders take 7-10 working days for production, no urgent rush orders that affect normal batch production.
(3)Custom Order Inspection & Notes
Before shipment, all custom products go through routine dimension and performance checks, the same as standard products, to ensure they meet the confirmed parameters. We don’t accept free returns or exchanges for custom orders once production starts, unless there are obvious size or quality defects caused by our production. Customers are advised to confirm all details carefully before placing the order, to avoid unnecessary losses.

A: If you receive defective goods, please provide clear photos of defective items and complete order information for our verification within 3 working days. Once confirmed as our production quality problems such as size deviation or damaged nylon insert, we will arrange free replacements with your next batch order or ship separately. We do not provide cash refunds, but we will take full responsibility for our own quality errors and solve the problem in a timely manner.
