        Product Description

        The surface treatment of the metal framework of the Neoprene Bonded Sealing Washers is a process carried out on the metal part of the washer. The main purpose of this treatment is to prevent corrosion and to distinguish the appearance.

        (1)Zinc Plated

        The most common and cost-effective option provides the basic rust prevention capability for low-carbon steel.

        (2)Plain

        The bare metal surface without any additional coating, that is, the smooth surface of the metal itself.

        (3)Passivated

        A chemical treatment, mainly used for stainless steel, is designed to remove free iron from the surface and maximize the inherent corrosion resistance of the material.
