The shipping cost for our High Strength Fully Threaded Rod isn’t fixed—it depends on what your order actually needs. Mostly, it comes down to how many you’re ordering, the total weight and length of the packaged rods, and how far we’re sending them. Generally, the more you order, the cheaper the per-unit shipping gets. Longer rods or heavier packages will bump up the cost, and domestic shipping is also different from international.
For small orders (like 10 to 50 pieces), we usually ship via couriers like UPS or DHL. The cost is based on the package’s size and weight. For big shipments—over 100 pieces or larger sizes—we go with sea freight or air freight. Sea freight works for large quantities, and the cost is calculated by cubic meters. Air freight is faster, so it’s good for urgent orders.
If you need extra stuff—like shipping insurance or expedited delivery—those will add extra charges. We’ll talk to our partner shipping companies to get you a reasonable rate.
A Factory direct sales Threaded Rod is a long, straight cylindrical piece with continuous threads all over its surface. You can pick either full-length threads or partial threads, depending on what you need. These threads are cut precisely, so they fit well when you tighten them with the right nuts or other threaded parts.
The rod’s overall diameter is smooth and even—no extra protruding bits besides the threads. That means it can easily go through holes or line up with other components. The ends of the rod are usually flat, no extra end caps or anything. You can screw nuts on from either end, so the installation is pretty flexible. For some models, the ends are slightly narrowed to make it easier to fit into tight spots.
This simple design makes it work for all kinds of assembly jobs—from supporting things to installing parts. High Strength Fully Threaded Rod of different sizes all have these same shape features, so they’re compatible with standard hardware used in industry, construction, or everyday repairs.
