Applications

（1）Construction and Installation

Ceiling, pipes, cable trays suspension: Use screws to suspend the ventilation ducts, water pipes, and cable trays under the roof. It's very convenient to adjust the length.

Steel structure connections: such as the tension rods and supports between steel beams.

Pre-installed parts: A Threaded rod is pre-embedded in the concrete, which will be used to fix the equipment later.

（2）Mechanical Equipment Assembly

Installation of equipment base: For equipment like motors, a rod is inserted through the anchor hole, and the nuts are tightened from top to bottom to adjust.

Workholding fixtures: During welding operations in the workshop, they are used to adjust the support or clamping, allowing for easy adjustment of height and position at any time.

Equipment maintenance: When some heavy equipment needs to be disassembled, a rod combined with a nut is used as a temporary support rod.

（3）Electrical and Wiring

Installation of electrical cabinets: Fix the components inside the electrical control cabinet. The screws can be precisely cut to the required length.

Cable supports: Outdoor conduits and supports commonly use corrosion-resistant galvanized or hot-dip galvanized rods.
