(1)Continuous seamless threads
The entire length of this Threaded Bar is equipped with threads, without any smooth sections. You can cut it at any desired length from any position and retain the available threads. The thread spacing is uniform and suitable for general use and matching with standard fasteners.
(2)Simple cylindrical structure
There is no head or shoulder - just a straight metal rod with rolled threads. It is easy to mass-produce and can be customized on-site.
(3)Material and thread consistency
The threads are formed by rolling rather than cutting. The rolling process compresses the material, so the root of the threads is tighter and smoother.
The advantages of the Threaded Bar will be of great help to you. Please take a look at the following content.
(1)The flexibility of precise cutting
All the products are connected by threads, so you can precisely cut the required length using only basic tools.
(2)Robust and reliable under load
The rolled threads and continuous fiber flow give it excellent tensile strength.
(3)Suitable for standard hardware
No special nuts or washers are needed. It uses common hexagonal nuts, flange nuts or locking nuts, which are easily obtainable. This makes inventory management simple and the installation process very convenient.
(4)Easy to install in narrow spaces
Since there are no bolt heads, you can insert it into a narrow space or use it when only one side can be operated.
(5)Suitable for various application scenarios
This product is widely used: it can be used for hanging pipes and ventilation pipes, installing mechanical equipment, supporting structures, making custom fixings, and even as a pull rod. It is widely used in fields such as construction, manufacturing, electrical engineering, and furniture assembly.
(6)Economical and efficient
The production process is efficient - less material is used for cold forming and thread rolling, and the running speed is faster.
Hanging applications – suspending pipes, ductwork, or ceiling fixtures
Structural connections – tying together steel frames or anchoring equipment
Machinery assembly – mounting motors, pumps, or brackets
Custom fabrication – making adjustable legs, supports, or jigs in workshops
Electrical work – supporting cable trays, conduit, and enclosures
Because you can cut Threaded Bar to length on site and pair them with standard nuts and washers, they’re a go‑to solution when you need a simple, adjustable, and strong fastening link.
(1)Material accuracy
Verify whether the material of the Threaded Bar is consistent with the customer's requirements. Provide certificates of the material to confirm its grade and composition.
(2)Thread rolling and dimensional accuracy
The thread is formed through rolling. The rolling molds are inspected regularly to ensure the accuracy of pitch and contour. We will take samples for gauge/stop gauge testing. If they are not suitable, we will immediately stop and adjust the settings.
(3)Strength and hardness testing
For products with structural grades such as 8.8 or B7, we will conduct tensile and hardness tests on representative samples from each batch of products.
(4)Surface treatment verification
For tin-plated rods (zinc coating, hot-dip galvanizing) products, we will check the coating thickness and adhesion. For the coated batches, we will conduct salt spray tests to confirm their corrosion resistance.
(5)Length and cutting accuracy
If cutting is done according to the customer-specified length, we will conduct size checks on each section to ensure it meets the order requirements.
(6)Packaging and traceability
Finished rod materials are bundled and labeled with material grade, size, and batch number. This traceability enables us to trace back to the production records in case of any issues in the future. For batch orders, we will provide inspection reports as required.
