What surface treatments are available for this Hexagon nut polyamide insert?
For regular orders, we have two basic surface finishes: electro-galvanizing and plain finish. The electro-galvanized one gives basic rust and corrosion protection, and it works for indoor industrial use and dry outdoor areas with mild conditions. Plain finish means no extra coating, so it’s only good for dry indoor spaces with no corrosive factors. We don’t do custom surface treatments, because this could easily damage the inner polyamide insert.
(1)Basic Warranty Scope
Hexagon nut polyamide insert comes with a standard quality warranty for normal use conditions, covering only raw material and manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to products used as directed for regular industrial assembly, furniture fixing, and small equipment maintenance, not for any modified or misused scenarios. We only take responsibility for defects found within the stated warranty period, no extra compensation for indirect losses.
(2)Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, over-tightening with tools, or use in harsh environments like extreme high temperature, strong chemical corrosion, and heavy impact. Normal wear from repeated disassembly and long-term daily use is also not included, as well as damage from logistics mishandling after shipment. Any altered or repaired products by the buyer will lose the warranty qualification automatically.
(3)Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, buyers need to provide clear photos of defective products and original order details for verification. We will check the defects and confirm eligibility within 3 working days, no long waiting delays. Qualified claims will be resolved by sending replacement products in the next batch shipment, no cash refund for standard small and bulk orders. All warranty rules follow basic industrial product norms, no extra preferential terms added.
