Finished Square Nut

The finished square nut is smooth and coated to prevent nut rust. Its square can be inserted into a square hole or a square slot to prevent rotation when tightened. It is made of steel or stainless steel and is commonly used in construction, machinery or DIY.

Our finished square nut is available in sizes from M6 to M20, with thread accuracy up to class 6H and can be fitted with metric and imperial bolts. Each product is strictly inspected to ensure that the diagonal tolerance is less than 0.2mm, and the nut is free of burrs and edges. We use anti-static bag packaging, combined with carton packaging, can be customized laser marking, easy to identify batches.

The finished square nut is crafted from high-tensile alloy steels with heat treatment for enhanced load-bearing capacity. Surface treatments like galvanizing or blackening improve corrosion resistance and wear properties. Limitations & Fixes

Finished square nut is not suitable for use in high vibration environments. If necessary, add a lock washer. If the notch is loose, it needs to be reinforced with thread locking agent. Do not use round holes because they rotate.
