After sales service

Our after-sales service for the Automated Anchorage Gripper only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.The warranty is valid for one year from the delivery date, and you’ll need to keep your purchase invoice and the product’s serial number if you need to file a claim.

If any parts crack or stop working correctly due to production issues, contact our service team and send over relevant photos along with your purchase records. They’ll check into the issue within 3 working days and then arrange either a repair or a replacement for you. Repairs take 7 to 14 working days, and the timeline mostly depends on whether we have the required parts in stock.

We’ll ship replacement parts to you for free, but you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to send the defective product back to us. The warranty doesn’t cover surface scuffs, rust from using the product in harsh conditions, or any damage caused by overloading it beyond its rated capacity.

For customers who place orders in multiple batches, we’ll assign a dedicated service rep to you—this way, any problems can be sorted out more quickly. If you have questions about how to use the product or how to take care of it, you can also get technical support by email or phone.

Freight charges

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method, where you’re sending the goods, and your order quantity. For domestic shipments, we use road transport, and the cost is tied to the total weight and delivery distance. Small orders (under 20kg) cost between $10 and $20. For large orders, we charge by the kilogram, and we also offer discounts on orders over 100kg.

For  Automated Anchorage Gripper international orders, you have three shipping methods: sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. Sea freight is the more affordable choice for bulk orders, with charges based on the container or dimensional weight. There are additional fees for terminal handling and customs clearance too. Air freight is faster but costs more, calculated by either the actual weight or dimensional weight, plus extra fuel and security surcharges. Express delivery is for small international orders, with pricing based on a first weight rate plus extra for each subsequent weight increment. If your delivery address is in a remote area, there’s an extra fee for that.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in any shipping costs – the recipient of the goods is responsible for paying these. Packaging costs are already part of the shipping fee: every unit is wrapped in bubble film and packed into cartons to stop damage during transit. Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number we send you.

Q: Do you provide customized logos for Automated Anchorage Gripper?

A: We can add custom logos to it for you, but you’ll need to order at least 100 units for this service. You can have the logo printed or engraved on the main body, and there’s no extra charge for standard logo designs. Just make sure to send us your logo file in AI or PDF format.

Keep in mind that custom logos will add 3 to 5 working days to the production time. Also, we’ll make a sample and send it to you for confirmation before we start the full production run.
