We have very strict packaging for Weather Resistant Hexagon Head Bolt to prevent them from being damaged during transportation. Smaller orders are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, filled with foam to protect the bolts from being scratched or colliding with each other. For larger orders, we use wooden boxes with plastic liners to avoid the bolts from bending. All boxes are sealed with strong tape to prevent accidental opening during transportation. We also test the packages by shaking and dropping them to ensure that all items can be delivered intact. Thus, when you receive the box, the bolts will not have bent threads or damaged heads - as soon as you open the box, the bolts can be put into use immediately.
During the transportation process, we will ensure that the Weather Resistant Hexagon Head Bolt remain dry. Each bolt is placed in a separate plastic bag, and we will also put in some small moisture-absorbing packs to keep the box dry. If it rains frequently in your area, we will also cover the entire batch of goods with a layer of waterproof padding. The bolts that have been galvanized or treated with galvanization already have excellent rust prevention properties, but we will still take these additional measures to protect the ordinary steel bolts. Therefore, even if the box gets wet during transportation, your bolts should remain intact, dry, and free from rust.

Our 8.8 grade Weather Resistant Hexagon Head Bolt comply with the requirements of ISO 898-1 standard: their minimum tensile strength is 800 megapascals, and the proof load is 580 megapascals. Their hardness is usually between 22 and 32 Rockwell hardness.
This combination of strength and hardness enables 8.8 hexagonal head bolts to be widely used - suitable for general engineering and automotive fields. It performs quite well in terms of performance and value, which is why it becomes the preferred grade.
