Tire Nuts

The tire nuts produced by Xiaoguo® are hexagonal nut with a flange and a cylinder. The hexagonal shape faces outward and the cylinder faces inward for installation, which is convenient for tightening and loosening.

Tire nut can prevent the wheels from shaking or falling off during driving. Cheap or worn nuts may peel off, rust or crack, thereby causing accidents. Please be sure to use nuts that match the thread size and seat ring type of your vehicle.

When driving in the snow, tire nuts will be corroded by road salt. If the nut is stuck, soak it in penetrating oil (such as WD-40) before loosening it. Avoid using grease as it can absorb dirt and wear the threads.

Installing Them Correctly

Install tire nuts,first, tighten it by hand to avoid misscrewing the threads. Then use a torque wrench to tighten it according to the vehicle specifications. It is speculated that this might cause the wheels to loosen or the studs to break. Tighten in a star shape (rather than clockwise) to evenly distribute the pressure. For alloy wheels, please use soft sleeves to avoid scratches.
