We pack the Time Tested Square Head Bolt very carefully so that they won't be damaged during transportation. For smaller orders, we use sturdy cardboard boxes with compartments - this prevents the bolts from being scratched or damaging the threads. For larger orders, we use wooden boxes with plastic liners to prevent the items from deforming. Each package is sealed with strong adhesive tape to prevent it from opening suddenly. We also test the boxes by shaking them and simulating drops to ensure that the bolts arrive intact. Thus, you won't receive any bent bolt heads or damaged threads - as soon as you open the box, the bolts will be presented to you in perfect condition.
During the transportation process, we will ensure that the Time Tested Square Head Bolt remain dry. To achieve this, we have added moisture-proof measures. Each bolt is placed in a separate plastic bag, and we will also put those small moisture-absorbing packs inside the boxes. If your area is rainy or close to the coast, we will even lay waterproof plastic films inside the boxes. The bolts that have been galvanized or treated with galvanization already have excellent rust-proof properties, but these measures help ensure that the untreated bolts can also avoid getting wet. Regardless of how the transportation process is handled, the bolts you receive should be completely dry and rust-free after unpacking and can be put into use directly.

For any orders of Time Tested Square Head Bolt, we can provide the rolling test certificate (MTC) or the certificate of conformity (COC). These certificates will verify the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and whether they comply with the specified standards. This document is crucial for quality control and is also a standard requirement for our export customers.
