Self Energizing Spring Washers are crucial components in automotive engines. They are used to secure bolts to components such as cylinder heads and oil pans, especially when there are numerous vibrations that could cause the bolts to loosen. These washers are split spring rings - they have the characteristic of elasticity to withstand pressure, yet are also very sturdy. They are typically made of carbon steel (appearing silver in color) or stainless steel (with a matte gray surface).

They are carefully packaged: placed in waterproof plastic bags and then stored in cardboard boxes with foam to prevent deformation or rust. They also undergo hardness and size tests, and each batch comes with relevant ISO 9001 documents. They will be re-inspected before shipment to ensure there are no defects.

They are split-ring washers with moderate thickness - typically ranging from 1 to 3 millimeters - made of hot-dip galvanized steel. This material gives them a silver appearance and excellent rust resistance.

We pack them in sturdy cardboard boxes, which are also equipped with waterproof padding inside. Then, we stack these cardboard boxes on pallets and tightly wrap all the items to prevent them from moving.

As for quality, we will conduct strength and rust resistance tests on these washing machines (using the salt spray test method based on ASTM B117 standards). Each batch of products comes with a CE mark, so it complies with the EU building standards, and we will attach the inspection report before shipment.
