Product Description

One end of the metric hexagon head anchor bolt is a threaded screw, and the other end is a common hexagonal head. It is convenient to easily tighten or loosen with tools such as a wrench, and can firmly fix various objects. They comply with the implementation standards of BS 7419-1991.

Application

1.These hexagonal anchor bolts are used to anchor structural steel beams and columns. When installing an I-beam or column to a concrete foundation, a secure connection is required. They are embedded into the wet concrete with the threaded end facing upward. After the concrete has set, a steel base plate is placed over the bolts. Use a wrench to firmly tighten the bolt from below while simultaneously tightening the nut on top to securely clamp the rebar to the concrete.

2.The metric hexagon head anchor bolt is used for the installation of power facilities. For instance, installing transformer brackets on utility poles or fixing equipment in substations all require it to ensure that these power facilities can operate safely and stably in various environments and guarantee the normal progress of power transmission.
