      Product Description

      High precision single chamfered hexagon nuts are forged from medium carbon steel, alloy steel, or boron steel. Through specific heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, these materials achieve the required hardness (approximately HRC 22-34) and tensile strength (at least 150 ksi / 1034 MPa at proof load).

      This way, the nut can handle really strong clamping forces without stripping, bending, or breaking easily when under load.
