(1)Specify the connection method
If both sides use nuts, choose a clamping type stud (with the same length of threads on both sides). Measure the thickness of the components and their washers, and then adjust the thread length at both ends.
(2)Select materials and strength
For indoor dry environments, galvanized carbon steel (grade 8.8) is sufficient. If used outdoors or in close proximity to humid environments, choose 304/316 stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized materials. For high-pressure or high-temperature flange alloys, material B7 is more suitable.
(3)Check thread dimensions and fit
Ensure that the Both End Threaded Studs threads match the nut or the drilled hole.
(4)Look at the flat middle part
The middle flat section helps achieve alignment at both ends.
(5)Consider installation and shock resistance
If the joint vibrates, add a locking nut or use thread locking agent.

The packaging we designed for the Both End Threaded Studs at both ends is both simple and practical.
(1) Small batch orders are first placed in sealed polyethylene bags, and then put into sturdy cardboard boxes (no complex packaging is needed, just attach clear labels with size and quantity).
(2) Large batch orders are placed in cardboard boxes, palletized, and wrapped with stretch film.
(3) For sea transportation, we will add moisture-proof bags to prevent moisture absorption.
The delivery period for standard sizes is usually 7 to 10 working days. If you need express service or have a specific shipping company, please inform us when placing the order.

(1)Select materials
Indoor dry environment: Ordinary carbon steel with galvanization Both End Threaded Studs.
Outdoors, in damp conditions, occasionally exposed to rain: Made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, with a thick coating, providing longer rust prevention.
Coastal areas, chemical plants, long-term damp conditions: Stainless steel (304 or 316), without coating (316 is more resistant to salt spray than 304).
High temperature or special conditions: Use alloy steel (such as B7) combined with appropriate coatings (such as Dacromet).
(2)Select surface treatment
Electro-galvanizing: Resists general rust, with salt spray resistance of 48-96 hours. Suitable for indoor use or short-term outdoor applications.
Hot-dip galvanizing: The coating is thick, with a salt spray test duration of 200 - 500 hours. It is suitable for outdoor use, bridges, and open equipment.
Dakro/Jumet: No hydrogen embrittlement, resistant to salt fog for 500 - 1000 hours, suitable for high-strength screws (above 10.9 grade).
Blackening: Does not prevent rusting, suitable only for dry environments or when appearance is of concern.
(3)During installation, be careful not to tighten too tightly: overly tight astringency may cause the coating to break.
The cut surface needs to be repainted: The exposed steel at the cut area must be re-coated with cold galvanizing spray or anti-rust paint.
Prevent scratches: Avoid scratching the coating during installation by using improper tools.
(4) Inventory Management
The unused screws are stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. Do not place them directly on the ground.
Try to keep the original packaging sealed. If it has been opened, you can put desiccants in the box.
