Installation·

1. Insert the spring steel slotted elastic pin into the cylindrical pin by hand or pliers.

2. Use a screwdriver to break the cotter pin.

3. Break the cotter pin at an angle, theoretically 60°. The cotter pin can be rolled up if it touches the work piece.

4. When opening the cotter pin, make sure that the separated parts are straight and symmetrical.

5. When fixing the slotted nut, the opening angle of the cotter pin is 60° in principle, and it should be screwed and rolled up several times. Roll up the cotter pin if there is any obstruction or insufficient insulation distance from the surrounding area.
