Xiaoguo® utilizes advanced technology and maintains strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Xiaoguo®'s heat-treated stainless steel insert nuts are pressed or pressed into pre-punched holes during installation, creating a strong, permanent internal thread.
Even though the base material is already corrosion-resistant,heat treated stainless steel insert nut can get surface treatments to make them better. Passivation is a common one,it gets rid of iron leftovers to strengthen the chromium oxide layer. Electropolishing gives them a smooth finish that’s good for clean environments or marine setups because it resists microbes.
You can also add a PTFE coating if you want, that helps reduce friction when you’re installing them. Black oxide is another option; it gives some corrosion protection and looks nice too. These treatments make the nuts work in all kinds of specific environments where they need to perform well.

Heat treated stainless steel insert nut come in standard sizes. For metric threads, they go from M3 to M12, and imperial sizes are 1/4" to 1/2". Lengths range from 5mm to 20mm, and outer diameters are between 6mm and 25mm to fit different material thicknesses. The knurling on the outside (either diamond or straight patterns) is made to give them better grip when you install them.
If you need custom sizes, they can make them, even with flange or countersunk designs. Every nut meets ISO 7040/DIN 7967 standards, so they work worldwide without any issues.
A:Yep, our heat treated stainless steel insert nut follow the UN thread standard for sizes (that's the Unified National standard). Even though the exact certifications can differ, the 316L material meets common standards like UNS S31603. And the heat treatment process makes sure they have the mechanical strength needed for high-performance uses where certified components are a must.
