Precision Fit Pin

Select the appropriate precision fit pin from the sales, open or locking pin as needed.

For a standard push pin: Just hold the head, line up the pointy end with whatever you're poking into (like a corkboard or some fabric), and push in until it feels snug. Don't push too hard, or you might bend the pin or mess up your surface.

If you're using a cotter pin: Slide it through the holes in a bolt or shaft. Then, bend the two prongs apart to keep it from falling out.

For a locking pin: Push it through the matching holes until you hear or feel the lock (usually a spring) click into place. To take it out, just release that lock and pull.
