        Product Description

        Materials

        Cold heading

        Heat treatment

        Carry out continuous tempering using a mesh oven. The hardness is high after quenching and the toughness is good after tempering. Take samples from each furnace to measure the hardness to prevent it from being too brittle or too soft.

        Surface treatment

        Working principle
