Product Warranty:

（1）Warranty Period & Coverage

We provide a basic warranty for our Acorn Hex Nuts. The warranty lasts 6 months from the date you receive the goods. It only covers production-related issues, such as incorrect size, broken threads, or material defects with no external damage.

(2)Warranty Claim Requirements

If you see any of the problems we talked about within 6 months, just send us photos or videos of the issue. We won’t make you fill out a lot of complex papers—just show us clearly what’s wrong. Once we check and confirm it’s our mistake from production, we’ll either send you new nuts or give you your money back. You can choose whichever is easier for you.

(3)Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by not using the nuts correctly. Things like tightening them too hard, using them in very harsh environments, or them getting broken after you get them are not covered. We also don’t cover normal wear and tear that happens from regular use over time.

(4)Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim, just contact our customer service. Tell them your order number and what the problem is. We’ll reply to you within 2 working days to fix it. There are no extra steps or delays, so we can get this sorted out for you quickly.
